BNZ Auckland Lantern Festival

The Challenge

The client required reliable temporary power and event lighting equipment to support their delivery of electrical services at the BNZ Auckland Lantern Festival. Spanning 21 hectares and running over four consecutive evenings, the event demanded a stable power supply and energy-efficient lighting to showcase the festival’s extensive array of lantern displays.

The Solution

NES Hire provided a dry hire package of 9 generators and 22 hybrid LED light towers to the client to support their event delivery. The hybrid towers offered low-emission, energy-efficient lighting, ideal for large outdoor venues. Our generators were selected for their reliability and performance, helping to ensure uninterrupted power throughout the event. NES Hire also supplied run-time and kW output data, supporting the client in monitoring performance during the event.
